In these post-Covid times, people tend to take, 2-3 showers daily. The paranoia of the virus, entering our bodies through various openings becomes so overwhelming for people that they almost feel compelled to cleanse and sanitize every part of their body. They also help in keeping employees of the facilities, particulate-free. An air shower makes sure that no extra particulate remains before they enter a contaminant-free place.

Air showers are definitely effective, but they are also worth the additional cost. This is because they add up to just a small percentage of the total cleanroom setting up cost. When compared to the rest of the cleanroom equipment, one ends up paying a very minimal amount for an air shower.

Air showers also come with the interlocking feature to avoid both exits from being opened at the same time, which would permit the air from outside, to enter a securely controlled setting. This involves the employees to stay inside till they are decontaminated. Fluid boundaries are created among the internal and external environments, by air handling machinery that provides an isolated space.

Along with money, air shower the consistency of the product thereby increasing cleanroom efficiency thus reducing the amount of particulate accumulation within the cleanroom. Therefore, a cleanroom with an air shower will need less maintenance than the one without.
